For Exchange:

  • Additional Charges: There will be an additional charge of 100/- per product for reverse pickup and new shipment delivery.
  • Exchange of Size only: Exchange can only be processed in case of SIZE ISSUE. For any other reason, please opt for RETURN. 
  • Reverse Pickup & New Shipment Timelines: The timelines for reverse pickup will be 1-2 days from payment, and the new shipment will be sent out once the quality check is cleared
  • No Exchange on 999 Club, Sale or Personalised, Already Exchanged productsProducts purchased during a SALE or 999 CLUB or personalised products are not eligible for exchange. 

For Refunds:

  • No Cash Refunds, Only Store Credits Available: Please note that we offer store credits in lieu of cash refunds for returned items.
  • No Return on personalised or products purchased with store credit: Unfortunately, personalized products or orders purchased using store credit are not eligible for return.
  • Time Limit to Use Store Credit Code: Once issued, your store credit code has validity for 6 months. Please use the same in full within the given time period.
  • Store Credit Cannot Be Combined with Another Offer/Sale/Code: Please be aware that store credit cannot be combined with any other offer, sale, or discount code.
  • Deduction from Store Credit: Upon return, a deduction of 100/- will be made from your store credit. If more than two products are returned, an additional 100/- will be deducted for each additional product. For example, if five products are being returned, a deduction of 500/- will be made (100 x 5).
  • Return Request Initiation Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

We would like to inform you that your exchange or return request is subject to approval. Approval will depend on several factors, including the condition of the product upon receipt, its delivery timeline, and whether it falls within the fresh section criteria. Orders placed using store credit cannot be Exchanged/Return again. Team will be in touch once you submit the form to proceed with the request.
